If you are thinking of buying this product, make sure that the Android tablet you are planning to use it with is running Android 9 or earlier. With the increase in TV via internet streaming, there is a shrinking market for a DTT/Freeview based product, and as this model is discontinued it is possible that the app may never be updated for Android 10 and later. Also, at the time of writing, the Android app was last updated in 2019 for compatibility with Android 9, but reportedly does not work on later versions of Android we don't know if the Apple app works OK with modern iPads. UPDATE April 2023: The EyeTV W is discontinued and is no longer available retail, though you may be able to find it on Ebay or other similar sites.
